Im still around
im back in spain but life threw me another turn and im now bound for a little village for some seasonal work til september. Been enjoying not smoking actually, but feeling somewhat like a traitor :/
I have hardly anything growing right now and it makes me feel somewhat like an imposter and a fraud.Thats some lovely woodwork

I bought a new mattress today. Comes Saturday and they take the old one away. I guess I'm officially old if I'm excited about a new mattress.

I like the bed too. Minimal but comfy. We used to have an oak mission style bed. Roll over at night and rap your knuckles against sharp cornered wood, yeesh. We thought it matched our house for age/style but by that logic I should be wearing frock coats and cravats, maybe a monocle.

When my wife and I was first married ( 38 years ago ) we didn’t have any furniture so I built a bed frame from 2X12’s and 2X8’s and plywood. It had draws underneath and reading lights built in ( like tiny trough lights ) with an antique beveled mirror as the center piece. I torched the wood before clear coating it. It was gorgeous and slept great but sadly it was lost in a house fire. It was by far the best bed frame we’ve ever owned. Ohh it also had some secret stash spots for money, weed and a hand gun.

For the first time i started my day with communal meditation in an old beautiful church looking out over the sea. It was the start of a very nice day.

I ordered some seeds! Finally back in my own place, will run some autos late in the season for kicks and giggles, hardly even smoke any more. Ive always been fond of blue crosses so picked up blue haze x gelato and blue euphoria, both autos. Hopefully some indoor by winter time depending on space in my flat and costs of setting it up.
