I worked from a 43’ articulating boom that was malfunctioning all day changing light bulbs and repairing lighting fixtures. We finished. I cooked shrimp for supper and wrapped Christmas presents until my back said NO MORE then I showered and new I’m doing this. Good night.

I found this place again, thought it was just a nightmare I had once before.
It's the 1880's town jail in the basement of a town hall in NH.
Didn't even dare get closer, but there's a hole in the floor where someone tried to dig out, hit ledge a foot down, lol.

I was cooking or wrapping presents. I had to take a shit about 10 something I missed the last post by about 17 minutes I think. I’ve been restoring/fresh ingredients up a 4wheeler for my youngest grandson so every day after work I’m shopping, then in the shop, then cooking and then wrapping until bedtime. Damn I can’t wait for Christmas to be over so I can chill. And I’m trimming when I can sneak in a little.
I do wish I would have been able to make the good night roll call …. as I was reading all the good nights I was waiting for someone/everyone to wish Johnboy good night. ( Johnboy Walton from Walton’s mountain ) . It may be before your time or or even out of your region…I don’t know maybe you know all about the Waltons , but they closed every show by telling each other good night and cutting the lights out, Johnboy was always last .

I missed the first 3-4 years of it, out of the country, so I had no idea what the Waltons were...only watched it 3x and gave up.
I just rooted for the flood or bandits to get Little Joe, or for the couger to get Jonhboy and change the monotonous ending.

When I was wrapping this present I thought “ you know what would be funny, it’ed be funny to stick a red pipe cleaner in the end and scare the shit outta the grandson “ well guess who wasn’t amused Nana …. looks like she’s sleeping on the couch until she grows a sense of humor.

It was almost exactly like I envisioned except he tripped over a remote control truck and I got scolded…..totally worth it, and now I remember why my friends call me an asshole .

My wife made me take her after Christmas shopping…. kicking and pouting, I put on a fake smile. We went out and bought Christmas decorations and then on the way home we stopped by a goodwill box to drop off…… guess what….. that’s right, Christmas decorations.
