They can go thru a branch, come out higher up, then drop back lower to start eating another.

It’s a shame as this was already trending to be a light producer anyway, so losing limbs will hurt final yield. Oh well. The perils of outdoor

Doesn’t appear to be anything (visible bugs anyway). At least not to my untrained eye.

When I was around 18-24 mos my mother caught me eating pillbugs, revenge I guess.

What the infection is/was has me curious though. Did a pretty forensic look across all the other plants before sundown and didn’t spot anything

Do you think it was fusarium instead of bug damage? It didnt look like borers from that shot.

Certainly has the look. Odd that it only affects one branch.

Hard to say. I’ll keep a diligent eye among all the other plants and see. If I can get off lucky with only two branches sacrificed, I’d call that a win.
