I think we all know what would be ideal in that much more space ...

It’s funny, we’re entertaining it because the boys are getting bigger, we finally want our own en suite etc (share a bathroom with teenage boys? - pass)

The ancillary benefit of more space is that I could potentially get my tent set up in a basement somewhere.

Anywhoo…it’s just north of Danforth so not far from where we are now.
