Yesterday morning when I went to work it was 45f and dropping, I walk in wearing short sleeves and my boss said “ damn man it’s cold put a jacket on “ I was like wow man grow some balls. I can’t handle the cold like I used to but everyone I work with is just pitiful.

I have a two hour pet scan tomorrow and had no good sucking candy.
Decided to make some root beer candy poured 14 grams of kief in to the candy at the softball stage it blended nicely.
Still waiting to kool but it tasted good.

I just ebiked to the post office, then to the golf club for lunch. It's 11 degrees. Heated gloves rock!

I use a meater+ thermometer. App on the phone and it notifies you when its done. Its real handy!

I have a Fireboard 2 currently that runs the fan for my Big Green Egg and I use it. It's great but I wish it were wireless. The app and the text message alerts are but still they are wired to a transmitter.

Some how I would rather be cooking than not when the internet or network is down.
I like my meat well done in a flaming mass that would kill most electronics.
Cooking much like sex should not need electronic devices to get to completion.

Think I am going for cheap Chinese for dinner....

I fryed center cut pork chops 5/8” thick, butter peas ( not butter beans ) and cornbread. Last night I made a blackberry pie…. damn. That’s all have to say about that.
