I thought the strawberry might be too much. Based on how good these are I'm sure I'll make the strawberry. The yoghurt made them so light.

What are the freeze dried strawberries like? Can you just eat them as a snack?
OMG yes!! They are terrific and like my bouillon I made light as a flavor with concentrated taste. I gotta say I love my freeze dryer and except for that one vacuum hose leaking it's been perfect.

Suddenly hungry!
I mostly put them in smoothies or rehydrate them with a spoonful of water and top vanilla ice cream with them. But they're good out of hand, maybe a little dry.
Did I mention I'm converting a tent to strawberry production? 10 plants in a 4x4. I need to uh, diversify. Requires hand pollination and selection of 'day neutral' varieties, i.e. nonphotoperiodic.

Sooo much LOL I can't believe I ate all those carbs!! I feel so loggy.
All the major plant vendors sell bare root plants year round so I can't be the only one. And I have a surplus of 2 gallon floraflex pots. Considering a vertical set up with an led bar light hung against one wall of the tent.
