Simple cheese enchiladas.
6 legs and 6 breasts done. Now to make stock with the carcasses

Stock reduced and strained and out in the cold, cold garage. I'll collect the solidified fat from the top in the morning, run it through cheesecloth then poach the legs submerged in it with whole cloves of garlic and fresh herbs, then crisp.them under the broiler.. Planning on a red wine and maple syrup reduction for a finishing sauce because I'm fancy.

My duck fat, floating on top of my duck stock. Now to retrieve it, melt it, strain it.

Man I haven't had chili in year or so,it took me years to find a great recipe I loved and Mexican chili powder was half the goodness. They stopped producing it McCormick. Been thinking of their two other kinds they make chipotle powder and another one. With stewed tomatoes also makes it sweet and breaks down great.Do you have the best-looking chili in the GrowDolls kingdom?

I was thinking about it but I don't dress it up like you guys so won't look as prize worthy. I might get yelled at " what no sour cream". It's time to try out a new recepie so yea I'm in.
I promise not to yell. But green eyes and red hair. There bound to be some excitement. What say we post a recipe with our entry? I'll include mine. Trying to decide which I'll make. I have many well loved chili recipe from my hamburger/hotdog/fry topping to my chili verde puerco and my chili colorado. Hmm ham chili, does anyone know if that's a thing?? Anyone........ Bueller....... Bueller.......

What fresh hell is this
we have a couple of basic recipes, my son does an interesting vegetarian version. no ham.
Just a hint look at the packet chili powder mixed too ! I won't tell you which particular ones I love but I do not turn my nose up at any chili! Finding a good packet recipe is worthy. I may whine a lot about bean chili but I do eat it. I just don't call it chili LOL look at recipes for Charro beans (Pati Jinich has a fabulous one). Sorry I love chili, a lot.
My chili isn't winning any beautify contests. It tastes good tho

You get exactly what I meant when it comes to Texas chili. I'll add literally a handful of beans. I'll look into those ones,I've been meaning to try black beans instead of kidney.
