Me too! My wife and I have been wanting it and today's her birthday. So pork fried rice, egg rolls, dumplings, teriyaki beef sticks and egg drop soup. A bunch of other stuff too. Lots of good leftovers for work lunch this weekchinese takeout

Its eggplant and chicken parm together. We did a waffle cut on the mandolin for the eggplant. Then sliced the chicken thin. Lightly tossed both separately in seasoned flour and corn starch then fried till just before done in a hot cast iron. Then layers of the eggplant and chicken. With ricotta, pecorino, mozzarella, provolone and seasoning. Homemade sauce from our tomatoes that I made the other day.Recipe please. For the eggplant before the chicken parm

That bread looks amazing!Cornbread turned out great, seafood chowder, lobster roll.
Most succulent pieces went on the roll, rest in the chowder with shrimp.

seasoning : oregano, basil, parsley, granulated garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper.
375f till done, then low broiler till golden.
