Yes. Thai beef satay with peanut sauce and the cucumbers are marinated in fish sauce, a little sugar, fresh chili, usually a little cilantro but we were out. an easy meal. I just harvested 5 more cukes this morning, 3 to 4 is about average now so we really need to eat them or make them into Agua Fresca.

That was tasty, unfortunately my plan to put a jalapeno in it was nixed by someone else.

You could do it chiles toreados and eat it on the side. That's what I do when I'm having to share.

Baguette burger . It was supposed to be spaghetti and meatballs, wife changed her mind.
French toast with the rest, topped with plum cooked in white wine and a pinch of ginger.
Vegetarian chili (with bacon) is stewing now.
