3 hours tightly covered at 375 degrees. Now a half hour uncovered. Then I separate the meat from the remaining marinade which I will dilute and season to make broth and conserve the fat to fry tortillas. Won't be eating til tomorrow but damn this smells good.
Too effing hot! Waiting for it to cool some to tong the meat out. There will definitely be tasting. I already burned my hand getting it out of the oven lolNot even gonna taste it?
