I like a variety of jerky’s while skiing, I brought a few packs of tuna jerky with me the trip

Marinating lamb loin chops. Plan on grilling them up tonight.

The marinade is.

3 tablespoons olive oil
2 smashed cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon tarragon
3 teaspoons onion powder
2 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoons white vinegar
1/4 cup water

I made hamburger steaks with onion gravy, mashed potatoes and sweet peas. My gravy game is on point and the peas and potatoes are my wife’s favorite combo…win win . Ohh and fresh yeast rolls.
