We make peanut butter ice cream a few times each year also chocolate, peach , strawberry, blueberry and ever once in a while plum. Ohh I forgot about watermelon. I’ve done blackberries but the seeds are a texture issue for me, strawberries are the same. My wife likes to sub stevia for most of the sugar so my diabetic brother in law can eat it ( with out going in a coma ).I got an ice cream maker now, made some blueberry vanilla.
So much better than anything from the store. I cut a 1/4 of the sugar out of all the recipes online, tastes much better.
