That looks so good. I’ve been wanting to make a lasagna and now I still do lol . But my lasagna skills are no match for yours…. I guess that means you have lasagna shamed me….. is that a thing.

You haven't see all my other attempts lol. Fresh noodles really make a difference. I'm loving that machine!

I think next weekend will be veal and four cheese manicotti

Tonight I'm giving the wife leftover chicken breast teriyaki and veggies. There's only enough leftovers for one so I'm making teriyaki meatloaf and more veggies to go with it.
