It was pretty good. I made cheesy bread instead of pizza. It would have been better if I would of let it rise for a few hours. But I had the sourdough starter out feeding it and just wanted to try it.

I do a Poolish starter for my dough when making my pizzas. Very similar to a sourdough starter.
