I serve that with Katsu sauce, kind of sweet and fruity, and Japanese mustard which will singe your eyebrows.

The satay gets traditional peanut sauce and a chili and fish sauce forward cucumber relish.

I made baby lima beans and corn bread also fried some chicken breast. I was going to make some chicken Philly cheesesteaks but the wife said beans and bread so I was over ruled…I’ll get even with her later.

BBQ burger patties for dinner last night with grilled onions, raw red onions, tomato, and avocado. No bun. A microwaved red potato drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Tonight's going to be fajitas.

Going for the other side of a pack of lamb chops tonight. Grilling before the crazy weather hits. Cold and rainy tomorrow. Better than being in Alabama tonight.
