I am in Bi-Pap ASV hell. After a 2 year wait compounded by miscommunication and American health care I have my new machine.
Unfortunately the settings are so high I have to tighten my mask to the point that it is very uncomfortable. Because it took so long my referral has expired, so now I wait while that is resolved before I can go back to the sleep doctor and get the settings adjusted and maybe a different mask.
In the meantime I wake feeling someone put some vise grips on the bridge of my nose.

Lovey has tried several mask types and settled on one that fits just the nose. She has also had lots of trouble with health care bureaucracy in order to get what she needs. Brother in law had trouble as well. Obvious money is what drives it all and not adequate care.

So the knee is doing ok then?

Yeah very well. I will be hiking a mile before the end of the week then work up to everyday. Mornings are best and but sore by bedtime whether I take it easy or not. This will slowly get better. So I will finish my mods to grow room this week and start the seeds. Should be ready to resume fence project by October.
