I thought lake Cachuma got its water from the Santa ynez river. In fact, I’ve driven upstream, there is good camping up there!

Santa ynez River starts in the Los padres national forest, on the northern slope of the Santa ynez mountains

Spent a bunch of time up there. I love the area surrounding it. Solvang, Santa Barbara, Goleta…and grew up camping and visiting the Santa ynez valley.

They connected it to the aqueduct in 1997 due to the lack of rainfall in the area. Went to Solvang many times, Aebleskivers are heaven dusted with powdered sugar (I happen to have purchased a pan). Andersons split pea soup was a required stop also. I lived in Santa Barbara when I was a kid.

4 to 6 inches total. Yay! We are looking at drought if it doesn't pick up soon. 10,000 lakes don't fill themselves ya know.

Yea, it defenitely gives it a distinct aroma when it burns and smells like fermented apples.
Makes some great cannagars with kief center. Roll it with a wooden dowel, pull dowel out and fill it with kief.

Same, need snow cover to get the leaves to start composting. Otherwise springtime is a fire nightmare.
