The gathering and burning of the slash is a piece of cake. The species is primarily turbinella oak brush (Quercus turbinella), which has root shoots as deep as 27 feet! As long as I am able to break out the root ball, which is 1-2ft underground, then it shouldn't grow back quickly. The stuff is as tough as oak so not guaranteed to get it all. I will use the 32HP Yanmar front end loader to gather it all after using backhoe to break it up.Can you use the Kubota with forks on? What we do,throw a pile on ground then scoop and move to burn pile.
