Ok I have to ask... What are you driving over that brake lines get damaged? Trees? Boulders? Spies? or other sinister types that mess with peoples brake lines?

EDIT: In Az the heat causes blowouts. Very dry so not enough moisture for rust. I would imagine a humid environment wreaks havoc on the entire under carriage of older vehicles.
