Went to Yardhouse for T'giving. It was very good. The Nashville turkey was amazing although it looks burnt it isn't. It's a take on BBQ brisket burnt ends and they did it just right. The Nashville had a little sweet and a lot of heat. The macaroni and sausage stuffing were an excellent counterpoint and the brussels and mashies were perfect.

Their regular turkey was fabulously moist, juicy and tasty.

and a Belgian White, perfect foil for the turkey. I hope all have a happy Thanksgiving.

A wipe down with apple cider vinegar, three baths and you can't smell it on on him at all. He's allowed back in our bed agin.

Boiler, no filter. The circulation pump doesn't seem.to be running at all, some radiators are hot, some are barely tepid. If the pump is dead the system will cycle fast as a safety shutoff kicks in.
