Gas. It's likely a sensor. If I call for service next week it's fine, I have a new thermostat with a c-wire I planned to hook up, for the service call charge they might as well do that too.
I hope it is just a bad sensor Shane.

Our furnace was hit or miss firing up this year - then about 3 weeks ago, the furnace guy got us going. He came last week to do a follow-up and found too high of a level of particulate in the exhaust vent. This is usually caused by some excess carbon building up inside the heat exchanger. And the most cause for that is a crack that has developed in said exchanger over time messing up the air flow, proper ignition and moisture extraction ... so the new furnace installation is tomorrow.
