Trail runs thru the rocks along the shore down to a cove, then to the site of the old 1623 fort and settlement.

Bad accident on Friday closed the road for hours. 1 dead and a few flown to Dartmouth. People need to watch the road not the leaves. Its very sad.

Every weekend, I95 has a bad accident either in NH or ME.
Last week on Saturday in northbound NH, someone stopped in the hi speed toll lanes and tried to back up, shut it down for hrs.
This Friday, all the northbound lanes were shut in ME, southbound was shut down the week before and the week before,...regular weekend occurance now.

So are we, playing at noon. Probably be cart path only after 2 downpours yesterday. That's a good thing, the people that can't play when it's cart path only are pretty decrepit and slow.

It's a fun drive to the top. You go from Sonoran desert to alpine forests with pine and aspen at the top. You pass through several climate zones.

Interesting - that "I don't like to play when it's CPO" ilk never try and actually hit it near the cart path. Just a guess ... but that might just speed up that CPO round.

Anyone ever try this coffee candy? Tastes pretty good. Handy to have 40mg caffeine in your pocket.
