Yeah fortunately ours fucked off,you got a family of them so. Ours wouldn't go near trap and shit on veggies it didn't like and eat what it did. Maybe plant test plants near and try different deterrent like sprays till something works they hate. Get the hottest pepper you can find and use a couple and boil for five minutes and spray on. It's just screwing with you on purpose. That rabbit and deer repellent smells awful, liquid fence. Electric fence?After replanting beans, peas and cucumbers. A damn groundhog came and passed up the trap and ate all the little plants again. I'm about done with gardening all together

Looks like a menorah. I had a neighbor when I was growing up that espaliered some volunteers from seed along the back wall. It worked great and lived about 3 years before a hard enough frost got itIt works.
I trained several plants to grow Espalier a few years back.
Espalier is NOT the technique to train MJ.
While it can produce, the added time is not worth the investment and the weight of the limbs causes issues.

Anything under 12" is fair game, as long as its alive.
I recently killed one of my mother plants because I trimmed too much off the roots. Good thing I have backup clones.
