Maybe wait another year, teach him how to build an incognito drying area with cardboard, string and duct tape first.

New camp stove and taller windscreen...makes 2+ qts in 12 minutes.
Probably 15 min with ice cold water and crosswind, but pretty quick.
I had gotten a bigger percolator, old stove took forever to bring it to a boil.

I can process a 1lb plant in 1 hour. I pluck fan leaves and large sugar leaves. Hang to dry, then break down all the flower and cure it in an oven bag. I get a perfect cure every time. Trim the remaining sugar leaves after the cure, its way more efficient that way, IMO. Everytime he reaches for a bud to smoke, he simply has to pinch off all the remaining sugar leaves. It takes less than a minute to do that.

that's what i do. I'm not selling, it's just for my personal consumption. I don't care what it looks like. I pick the sugar leaves as I'm getting ready to roll one. I can strip the fan leaves and ready my whole crop for drying in less than an hour. I know, I know, must be a pretty small crop.I can process a 1lb plant in 1 hour. Good morning. Happy Monday. That weekend went by too fast.
I ran out of juice for my thermacell on Saturday. I have mosquito bites on top of mosquito bites. Even got one on my ear. Not sure how I got that without hearing it buzzing.
