Climax high bush blueberry, usually ready in June.

Moonglow pears this tree is so loaded , I’m not sure when exactly they’re ripe.

Pomegranate blooms this bush has never produced any fruit but it’s loaded with blooms this year so maybe just maybe.

Santa something or another plums, they’re big and red when I get some. Late messes up most years including this one.

Muscadine on my arbor these are prolific producers from which I make jelly and wine.

My first job welding was for an aluminum awning company. Small place, about 5 guys total and I was the only welder. Worked there for a few years then decided to go to a big shop. A typical dick head lead welder oversaw 3 of us. Once he showed me one like that and said it takes years.......bla bla bla. It took me a couple tries on my lunch break but I welded one up and left it on his table. I didn't last long there lol that job sucked and that guy was just miserable.

I have a craving for asparagus risotto. That's a lot of flavor so I'm keeping the chicken simple. Marinate in a citrusy garlic thing then just griddle until cooked through.
