All last nights participants won ... I personally woke up with another great weed hangover.Everyone knows I won
I had a little bit of a weed hangover this morning too.
Wednesday Chat returns tonight.
As many of you know, I enter this evening as the defending champion.
While some historians continue to debate whether I actually won anything, the Championship Committee has reviewed the evidence and confirmed my title remains intact.
The fact that I chaired the committee is completely irrelevant.
Tonight, @curious2garden returns to the host chair.
Which means several important questions remain unanswered:
Will there be a game?
Will there be a tiebreaker?
Will the winner be determined by points, attendance, interpretive dance, or executive decree?
At this time, nobody knows.
Including Annie.
@DarkWeb is expected to continue his ongoing investigation into last week's disputed championship.
@Shane Karmann may once again discover after the fact that he has won.
@Thurston remains a dark horse contender after successfully claiming victory in a competition he did not attend.
Frankly, that's the kind of efficiency we should all aspire to.
As for me, I will be defending my title with the same determination, confidence, and complete lack of supporting evidence that got me here in the first place.

Maybe.
Will there be chaos?
Almost certainly.
Will there be a winner?
Based on recent precedent, probably several.

I will not be participating in the calamity ... I meant the festivities ... of tonight. I will be defending last nights Drunk Cribbage victory.
After an exhaustive review of last week's events, I am pleased to announce...
...that I have absolutely no idea who won.
I vaguely remember @laddyd being crowned champion.
It also seems entirely possible that I declared myself the winner at some point.
Neither claim can be independently verified.
The official scorecards are... inconclusive.
In my defense, I may have slightly overestimated my tolerance.
History will have to sort this one out.
Tonight, @curious2garden returns to the host chair while I take my rightful place among the competitors.
Normally I'd be hosting, but with Lola recovering from surgery, I may need to step away here and there to play nurse.
She's doing well, but she gets first priority tonight.
That does mean all responsibility for controversial rulings, missing tiebreakers, and any constitutional trivia crises now rests squarely on Annie's shoulders.
