I'd love to see a pic of those tortillas. I've had 50/50 masa/flour but never with creamy grit LOL
Made the grits first with milk, chicken boullion, tab butter, dash Italian seasoning.
Just added some water, masa and flour, 1 Tbs oil, 1/2 tsp baking powder to the grits and chilled for hr.
Turned out soft and a bit fluffier, couldn't stop eating the first one.
Cooked twice, so no big gritty texture.
