Last night I made comfort food. I love pasta

Been starving since last night, like about 1 am.

Sorry, it was ugly delicious. Put somethyme and whole.garlic cloves in with the mash too. So good.

I have to confess. I didn’t take pictures of something I should have. I even thought "man I need to take a picture" but once it was on the plate, it was on! I made a lasagna but with zucchini instead of noodles. I used the mandolin for the zucchini. Made homemade Italian sausage and homemade sauce. A pound of cheese and baked for about an hour. The kids never touched it......I ate almost half the first round. It was so damn good.

I counted 4 pieces of chicken and some gravy on the side.
