That's one heck of a meatloaf recipe! Should of known with you,lol.
I bet it is. That gelatin caught my eye. I use it in meatballs and it really holds the moisture in. Did you use your hot sauce? How is it in this?
So yesterday I tried a new way to roast a turkey. I always roast mine in my Nesco roaster. So I tried it in the oven. The recipe said 325 and it took forever to cook. It was the worst turkey I ever made. Then I forgot the green beans and added too many cranberries to the new dressing recipe and I borked an entire meal

That gelatin is magic. I use my hot sauce or green el yucateca. Coriander in the glaze is magical too.
I can't do ketchup.
Tomato sauce.
