Thanks @Shane Karmann. I use the pressure cooker lid often. Tho I have to ask… what would possess a person to even try to open a pressure cooker while it’s in operation?

They won’t try it but once. I use an old school weighted pressure cooker about twice a week, it’s one of the best things I have.

I cheat and use a fresh store brand dough, good stretchy NY style.
So glad I don't have to toil over mixing etc, takes all the hard work out of pizza.

No, this Samsung oven does a pretty good job, cooks evenly at high temps.
