I've been trying to eat sardines once a week. This week I chose cilantro, lemon juice, red onion, salt and pepper.

It's not the best but palatable. The only thing bothering me is the damn bones LOL. Perhaps adding jalapenos and eating it with crackers would be better. Unfortunately I'm trying to cut back on crackers this week.

I get the SeaPak sardines with different sauces for a snack with saltines. They have mustard, Louisiana hot sauce, and olive oil with jalapenos.
 
Dash of smoked paprika, a little bit of cayenne pepper, salt, lime juice, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and avocado oil.

I get them Frozen. Deveined and cleaned. I like to mix all the seasonings together and let it thaw in a bowl. Then I skin them and broil them.
I do some a lot like that but with a pinch of cumin and pan fry on high heat.
