2 years ago I requested a new CPAP machine. 2 sleep studies later, for the first time someone actually returned my phone calls. They couldn't help me but they did call me back. For those keeping track in a 2 year time frame no one ever called me back like they said they would. 2 fucking years of getting the run around.
I do believe they are hoping I will just die and that will be the end of it. I may indeed die but I will continue to bother them until I do.
Sometimes the way you have to get things done is to make the alternative very unpleasant. I can do that.

Lovey has similar experiences with her insurance getting CPAP and O2 supplies, not to mention the billing nightmares due to incorrect coding. I wish she could be included on my VA health care. I have no complaints with my VA care nearby.

We even purchased out of pocket for her CPAP and two (fixed and portable) O2 concentraters as the insurance co-pays over the course of a year would have been enough to purchased one.

Automate email and death does not have to be the end! You can bug the batshit outta them for eternity or until they figure out block on their system
