No service bell as she is wise to my exercise schedule and makes me get up and get it my self when the exercise time approaches. Also got to keep on her good side.

I have lived twice as long with my wife as I had with my parents so anything wrong with me is likely her fault.

All kidding aside, Lovey is my rock and she really deserves more praise than I can muster.

Good morning all. Cool and rainy today we needed it.

Cool and sunny, had spot showers and cloudy last 2 days. All the big storms gave out or were steered south before reaching us.
I did my paperwork and finished work for the day, going to smoke pot and do some repairs today.

Oh, and a car accident just happened out front, so sirens soon.

Good morning peeps! Today starts full exercise regime, every hour should consist of 40 minutes of ice, followed by stretching exercises and 10 steps. Limit steps to 750 for 1st week.
