Mrs. S. has some sewing friends dropping in this afternoon. First car just arrived. So I get to work further on stopping that lateral left slide. I should get her to sew me a banner - "In case of approaching sewing machines - head directly to your closest range." And with the infused oil I have been consuming today really starting to work it's charms ... I can also practice while high.

As Thurston noted, a hot week ahead. Zombies roam the neighborhood before sunrise, walking.
It only got up to 102 during our golf outing. Two double bogies on the front torpedoed my chances of a good round, another 81.
I realize we are idiots to play golf in this kind of heat. I have a cooling towel hoodie that keeps me kool. Obsession is not pretty.
On a positive note there was hardly anybody there and we played in 3 hours.

I had 3 doubles on the front side then righted the ship on the back but the damage was done. My worthy opponent retained the 2 dollar bill we play for. It's been in play for 20 years. Next time I get it I'll show you. It's venerable.
