It was prepared wrong.

I was not a fan. But I've had a couple friends that have made some really good dishes with it that changed my mind.

One friend really got me with his chicken parm. We ate it and it was really, really good. I said to him " but I thought you where a vegetarian" he then told me it wasn't chicken. Yeah, I was high, but damn! It fooled me
