Good gloomy morning. I have a roofer coming to fix my chimney flashing and he needs a helper, me! Ground floor only, I assure you. But he lost his helper and I want to get my roof tight before snow. Probably the last decent golf day but oh well! Hope to survive until chat!

Be careful up there. We had to reinforce our chimney flashing too (second story), luckily my husband is not afraid of heights and he is very well insured.
