Yeah they are down and not sure quite when they'll be back but it shouldn't be too much longer. It's being worked on and it's ok to talk about. Just not in our site support section because not our site LOL So it's ok to say RIU and that you miss them. I'll update if I get anymore information.

Just had same disaster with a company, I showed them this pic they go WOW looks like mail service got to em good I'll resend. So they resend they same way, fortunately they made it. Regular envelope with plastic vials.

This was a dealer pack, no vial just the ziplock bag in the folder in a small envelope. Of course it was dusted. I don't understand some people.

using regular envelopes for seeds is asking for problems, pay the $5 for a "package"
I usually use 4x8 bubble mailers.

im a big fan of the 4" x 4" x 4" cardboard boxes. uline sells those in bulk. when i buy expensive seeds i often see them come in something similar.

Yea, those can survive being used as an indoor soccer ball at the mail sorting rooms.
Too big to go thru sorting machines, get rolled over, put in someone's pocket, or get wedged somewhere.
