Good morning fellow weed enthusiasts ️

Dax is getting extracted today to go hang with Mom over in the west end. Boomer is also back.

Down to one kid and one dog. Manageable.

I’ve re-inherited the Harlequin that was in my neighbours yard. It kept getting wilty and generally being a little precious, so I’ve taken it back to keep an eye on it.

Reading Dave Edmunds wiki is eye opening. His influence as a musician and a producer was extraordinary. He worked with everybody starting at the age of 10.

This is Harley's tennis ball. He found it in the park and carried it home by himself. There are many like it but this one is his.

First stop is the dog park

There's these critically endangered New England cottontail bunnys by my work shed.
They don't have the white blaze that eastern cottontails have.
Dwarf rabbits, not too smart, like arctic hares. Almost tame, have to drive around them sometimes.

He's not normally protective of food or toys. zero aggression.

When we go on our walks, he'll often bring home a stick or something else. Lately it's been acorns. I take them away when we get home and throw them away.

You can see by his body language he's protecting the ball. He thinks I'm going to throw it away on him.

So I don't get too close to it.

just got back from Walmart, my wife's car needed a new battery.
could I possibly have any more car trouble this year.

I shouldn't complain my wife's battery lasted almost 5 years. it was a Walmart battery but made in Brazil, hmmm.
