What fresh hell is this
played golf in a moderate 102 yesterday, it wiped me out. after I was ready for a joint and a brownie and some serious vegetation. Chinese take out night!
but no, better half wants to go out to chili's. sounded like fun, had a beer and then my face started to melt as the brownie kicked in. wife looks at me and says are you ok to drive?

That's good. A stake supporting the main stalk will help.
But I don't think that's gonna help those outer branches once they've stretched and are loaded with flower.

I agree that those stakes will be good for the main stems. And a good start for strength. I've built jungle gyms out of those stakes and hemp twine for plants. All those tops will break off or be somewhat damaged right at the end when they get heavy. A good rain and wind storm usually does it.

Will there be some type of scrog or tomato cage to support the branches?
Is it thriving? I think the individual branches fuse where they are in close contact, they may be even stronger than a single trunk. Like rope.
I’m not sure. I don’t think he really had a plan. A trellis might not be a bad idea.
