You just have to know when to stop! That looks perfect. I am processing older bud and it's easy to start sifting green but I'm going for something to make edibles so it's not a concern.
yea ive been doing 15 minutes per run, thoughts on temp to press into a slab? i was doing 180 f before with a sous vide to heat up a couple large wine bottles like a rolling pin with the kief from the ice water hash i was doing before.
