Flipping an older photo period plant

Hello...imagine my surprise when I checked for light this afternoon around 1pm when the light schedule is set at 4pm on and 3am off. There was light. I wonder if it has been on 24 hours a day and the plant has been in reveg the whole time?? I'm ordering a stand alone timer for the light...I refuse to trust AC Infinity with the light from this point forward.

When others had mentioned that they had checked and noticed light at 12 to 2am, when it was supposed to be dark. That stuck in the back of my mind. Out of curiosity, I thought I'd check...

I can't agree with you more. It's puzzles within puzzles, all worth solving. It helps to have friends.

Also, may I suggest you consider installing a trellis soon. Your plant is going to be very heavy with buds once it flowers and will need the support!

Would a 2nd trellis be a good idea? Also, I reset the controller last night and the light was still on this morning after it was supposed to be in the dark. The digital stand alone timer arrived today, set and hooked up. The light turned on at 4pm, I will check it in the morning to verify it shut off at 3am.

I agree, friends are good to have. Thank you for noticing how much healthier the plant is, thanks to your knowledge and advice on nutrients plus many other things. Thank you all.

Once you finally get on a 12-12 light schedule you'll start seeing some white hairs in around around 10 to 12 days. They will probably stretch quite a bit. You'll probably want a second trellis.

13-11 should flower the heck out of her. Stay the course.
