Jack White is playing at the RBC Amphitheater tonight. Cheap tickets are available. Too hot for an outdoor show or I'd go.

Lighthouse was great. Did all the hits and a few "anyone know this one?" But by the time they got to Sunny Days and One Fine Morning, the Geezer Rockers were all getting Higher and Higher and Higher.
Over the years, they have replaced the original horn players - but the three they have now still kept that 1970's Lighthouse sound. And that was key to our enjoyment. I have been to a Chicago show at Rama where the horns - you know, that Chicago sound - was less than stellar and the lack of powerful horns killed songs like Introduction or Call On Me. Well - that and Bill Champlin.
All in all - a great show once Gargantua fucked off.

Sky turned a sickly yellow color and the sun is blood red, like from smoky wildfires or just before the hailstorm and tornado hits.
It's neither of those, I think it's just a weird effect of the temp dropping 15 points, like high level fog.
