This is fun: took Dax skating after school and as he’s gliding over he says “Daddy, what’s under your eye?” - I have no earthly idea how, but I have a black eye. Didn’t bump into anything etc. just showed up.

Did you rub your eye at all? Did you bump your head, raccoon eye(s) can be a sign of a basilar skull fx. Any fluid leaking from your nose? (doesn't look like a basilar fx to me however always worth asking). So you weren't kidding about fighting the wife for that cup were you
