Happy Sunday fams ☕

Good party last night. Kid shenanigans and many family photos.

As far as knives go @FirstCavApache64 I’m partial to Global knives, though as @Pacoson noted keeping them sharp is really the key. The most dangerous knife in the drawer is the dull one.

Late flight home, but holiday weekend so buffer day tomorrow. Stealth Box seedlings should be a bit bigger.

Be good kids

Her knives are flaking the powder coating off from the handles. I hit them once every couple of months with a medium and then a fine honing stone and then use the honing steel we have. They get sharp but don't seem to hold the edge very long as they're probably not the best quality steel. Thank you all for the recommendations, I know there's a lot of foodies here.

Can anyone recommend a really sharp set of kitchen knives please? My wife loves to cook but really needs a better set. Thanks
Global. The gf 34 line. They are heavy and drop forged. She may prefer the classic G series which is stamped and lightweight but delivers the same fine edge performance. G series at the top, gf below. The G series is cheaper but I've had one for more than 30 years and it's still in daily use.
