That was over a year ago when she was playing in the mud after rain. She comes home on May 4th and I can’t wait. We have received updates last night that she is a doing well.

How old is she now?

She was born July 28 2023 so she is almost 3 yrs old. We got her in December 2023 at 5 months old and other than Dr appointments, she has been by side ever since.

I had the dogs outside with me for almost the entire duration of chat. Lola started getting cold around 9:30 and wanted to go in. She's very true to her poodle roots and likes barking at everything when it's dark. We made some good progress last night... with a pocket full of liver treats.

Rose is very sweet and smart but her failure to consistently recall is the issue. Leash broke while stopped near highway on the way to Vegas and she took off. Very dangerous for her and stressful for me. She came back after a bit. So now she gets training while I am getting surgery.

the timing is perfect. How long will you be out from your surgery.

Surgery is tomorrow in Phoenix and is outpatient so Lovey will be driving me home right after.

This is knee replacement right? My mom is getting her second one done this fall. I hope you're recovering is fast and painless. We'll be here to keep you company as you heal.

Those grocery store rotisserie chickens are pretty tasty. I can't remember who it was, I wanna say it was Tyler, bought a bunch of rotisserie chickens right before the holidays for a buck a piece and froze them. I thought that was pretty clever.

No this is the septoplasty to alleviate the sinus infection I have had since June 2025. Left knee replacement scheduled for July 30th.
