Get within 20 feet of my detached garage right now and the sweet aroma will be unavoidable. No carbon filter used here in the boonies. One would be able to smell two house over with this current grow at our last place!

HOAs can be the worst but they do serve a purpose for some.

Just do canopy area for grows, less math about counting plants.
They had a limit and lowered it here, so I just stopped counting and forgot both numbers.
No one is counting anyway, they just tell you to pull a couple.
They get mad when you ask them for help deciding which ones to pull, I hear.

As Thurston noted we are allowed 12 plants per household in Arizona. I might have exceeded that a bit on the last 2 grows. My golfing buddy is a judge and he says" as long as you aren't selling it no one cares how many you grow". I will refrain from testing that. What I worry about is the home owners association finding out. So I try to keep it as discreet as possible. No need to tease the bear.
I can pretty much smoke it as fast as I grow it.

Do you have bylaws against growing? We have one against growing cannabis outdoors.

I love watching those delusional HOA Admins go apeschitz on YouTube. They all remind me of my MIL - in both physical appearance and the mental thought process - and they keep reminding me why we haven't been back to Kenosha since 2016.

My city bans outdoor and requires a payment to cover the cost of an annual inspection. That inspection requirement has been brought up in court in SoCal in that it amounts to a warrentless search and is unlawful because of the wording of Prop 64 and the possibility of legal action if you exceed the plant limit.

Officially ... we have that in our bylaws too but our BOD won't call Le Gendarme.

In AZ you can grow outside as long as not visible from pubic view and is secure and enclosed, such as block wall. The heat makes it very difficult in the summer. HOAs can restrict indoor and outdoor grows using nuisance rules.

There was a mention about X stitching a few Chat's ago and I said I was going to show my efforts. I passed by "Maine Coon" today and the internal reminder kicked in. Like 15 days later

This is the only decent sized design I have. The other designs were all given as Christmas gifts to my fam:

• 9 cats - 2 Burmese, 2 other Maine Coon, 2 Abyssinian, 1 Russian Blue, 2 Blue Point Siamese
• 3 Santa stockings.
• 12 monogrammed throw pillows
• Something like 50 small tree ornaments

The guy's are closing in on 900 gallons of finished syrup already. And the sap is flowing like crazy! A 6000 gallon tank is getting filled 6 times a day. Then there's another 2k gallon tank in another sugar woods that is getting filled just as fast!

They could be or just bruised even though nothing externally visible. At the moment I do not feel an emergency room visit is called for as it does seem to be improving.

I was digging hole for fence post and was taking a step back while turning around and both feet were caught on a stake in the ground, resulting in falling on my right side on very sandy soil. Would have been worse if surface was hard or landed on something hard.

Yep ribs 6, 8, and 10 fractured but no internal bleeding. Now it’s breathing exercises, lidocaine patches, muscle relaxers and Percocet as needed. Guess that fence project is on hold for a bit. I guess every narcotic prescription gets some Narcan nasal spray.
