Thank you for asking. Still very sore but was able to sleep well after taking edible and 800mg ibuprofen.

They could be or just bruised even though nothing externally visible. At the moment I do not feel an emergency room visit is called for as it does seem to be improving.

I was digging hole for fence post and was taking a step back while turning around and both feet were caught on a stake in the ground, resulting in falling on my right side on very sandy soil. Would have been worse if surface was hard or landed on something hard.

Had a fisher come to the back of the shop the other day.....

it's been stinky for two days now

Then a bear took my garbage can and had a buffet last night. That was fun cleaning up

Pretty good size foot.
