You can use aquarium test strips, not precise but economical and they cover a lot of different paramaters.So, I don't own a pen or PH tester. Shocking as that might seem for all the extensive indoor growing I do....
Ran a gallon & a half through it and it was clear. It hasn't really bounced back, so think it might be time.

It's going to be nice and bright with a white subway tile backsplash. There is a picture on Lowes website that is almost identical to what we're doing.

So I just had lunch with a guy. I've been playing a bit of golf with him the last 2 years, he's a frequent guest of my regular partner. He called me out of the blue to meet. Don't talk much while golfing so we didn't know much about each other. Turns out he's a former PGA tour player turned financial adviser. And he wants to make playing with me a regular thing, tournaments etc Now I'm lovesick LMAO.
It gets better: he knows I grow, he just bought land on the Apple River in Wisconsin, and he's building his bachelor bunker including a pole barn with golf simulator and, wait for it, a hydroponic vegetable garden. After lunch I gave him a tour and his eyes were spinning. He wants me to help him, he has a huge budget. He can't grow weed because Wisconsin.
Anyway, nice day for me.
