Probably My Fault
Mornin,
I did not have the fish yet. My wife isn't feeling well and the kids had birthday parties to go to yesterday and today. So I'm running around doing all that and some of the stuff I needed to get to. I'm probably gonna get to do the trout for dinner tonight. I'll freeze the others to smoke later.

Freezing them in water prevents freezer burn if you are keeping them for any length of time. I put a ziploc bag in a bread pan and pour water over the fish.Mornin,

My brother’s plant update. They’re doing pretty good. He lost a big chunk of the permanent marker due to an unfortunate weed wacker incident.
