I was shocked to see them up. Tulips right next to them coming up too.

Next weekend I'm opening the gazebo and getting the blackstone fired up! No more waiting!

I had 2 birdies so my pride is somewhat inflated. My left shoulder has been old manning me for a while and it's very creaky today. I'm staying medicated today! GG4 before bed last night, Polar gelato harvested last June for today.View attachment 3773

More adventures in pasta yesterday. I wanted lemon garlic shrimp linguini. Cooked the shrimp and made my base then threw the pasta in and tossed it for a few minutes. I guess fresh pasta still needs to be parboiled. lol tasted like dough. The shrimp was really good!

Italians hang dry while there making it, I'm sure you already know now fresh pasta takes 3 min to be done,then throw straight into sauce so sticks to pasta. Looks good! They also make a pile of flour make a big hole add a egg,salt, amount of water then slowly add the flour to center then can mix altogether and press.

I'm using a Phillips Artisan pasta and noodle maker. This thing is pretty awesome! dump your flour in, it weighs it and tells you how much water to add. press start and let it do all the work!
